Article 1 – Website publisher

Article 3 – Purpose and acceptance of the Terms of Use

The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Website as well as the rights and obligations of users.

Accessing and using the Website implies unreserved acceptance of these ToU. Any person who accesses the Website acknowledges having read them and accepting them in full.

The Company reserves the right to amend these ToU at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published online. It is the user's responsibility to review the ToU regularly.

Article 4 – Access to the Website

The Website is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access. All costs related to accessing the Website, whether hardware, software or Internet access costs, are the sole responsibility of the user.

Article 11 – Governing law and jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these ToU, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NANCY.
