Article 1 – Website publisher

The Website is hosted by OVH, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €50,000,000, with registered office at 2 rue Kellermann 59100 ROUBAIX, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 424 761 419.

Article 3 – Purpose and acceptance of the Terms of Use

The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Website as well as the rights and obligations of users.

Accessing and using the Website implies unreserved acceptance of these ToU. Any person who accesses the Website acknowledges having read them and accepting them in full.

The Company reserves the right to amend these ToU at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published online. It is the user's responsibility to review the ToU regularly.

Article 11 – Governing law and jurisdiction

Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NANCY.
